My Philosophy

'Twas Socrates who argued that, to be wise, you have to "Know Thyself."

Well, I AM Rod Franco. Check. Done. Kablow. What'cha got for me now, Socrates?
and I look awesome today.
Until later!

I Can Haz Yarn?

Today, when I got home, my cat, Willie Aames (he's a hairless, because COME ON) was playing with a ball of yarn. Not to out myself as a knitter or anything, but there are some fibers that you have special order for your tailor, and this was primo stuff. I've never known a cat to engage in hijinks before, so I was curious. As curious, in fact, as some sort of naturally curious animal.

Since Willie Aames seemed to have a propensity for fabric, I gave him one of my old sport jackets to play with while I inspected this yarn. I don't know what he saw in it, but man, I played with that ball for hours.

Until Later.

My Thoughts Are Deep

I am a lot more complex than most people know. For instance, most people are not aware that I own pajamas that are exclusively for travel.

The other day I was thinking about that feather from Forrest Gump. We know that birds are made of feathers, but what are feathers made of? These are the questions which science cannot answer, and they fuel my faith.

As the servant of Zeus and his powerful lightning bolt, I face many challenges. For instance, it is difficult to find a worship service. On the other hand, I can get Greek food anytime I want. I do not know of many places that serve Lutheran food.

Sometimes, when I go home at the end of the day, I'll find myself staring at something in my condo, a growing dissatisfaction overtaking me, until one day I can simply no longer stand it, and I replace that item. I tried looking it up, but I can find no word for this... ennui.

Until later.
